Overview
Clear Man Legend Card ("we," "our," or "us") respects your right to control your personal information.
This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data associated with your account and use of our services, including when you signed in with Facebook, Google, or TikTok.

What You Can Request to Delete
Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize personal data we hold about you, which may include:
- Account information (name, email address, phone number)
- Profile photo and social login provider user ID
- Photos uploaded to generate your Legend Card
- AI-generated Legend Card images associated with your account
- Support communications related to your account
We may retain certain information where required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud and abuse.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email us from the address linked to your account with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address or phone number associated with your account
- The sign-in method you used (Facebook, Google, or TikTok), if applicable
- A clear statement that you wish to delete your personal data
Facebook Login Users
If you signed in with Facebook Login, you may also remove our app's access to your Facebook account through your Facebook Settings.
To fully delete data stored by Clear Man Legend Card, you must still submit a data deletion request to us using the contact information above.
Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days.
Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. If we need additional time or information to verify your identity, we will notify you by email.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to sign in.
- Personal data will be deleted or anonymized from our active systems.
- Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten in accordance with our retention policies.
- Data already shared with service providers for processing will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.
